Foxie.ai has completed its first year in the Microsoft ISV program, strengthening its capabilities around secure Outlook integration and enterprise-ready infrastructure on Azure.

Through this collaboration, Foxie.ai now enables customers to send feedback and review requests directly from their own Outlook inboxes in a secure and compliant way, while still benefiting from Foxie’s automation, tracking, and churn-risk insights.

Looking ahead, Foxie.ai is working closely with Microsoft to build the next generation of AI-powered capabilities on top of Azure, including advanced databases for vector-based storage and retrieval. The goal is to let agencies analyze years of customer and relationship data directly inside Foxie.ai, without needing to manually export information into generic LLM tools.

By combining Microsoft’s cloud and data stack with Foxie.ai’s focus on expert-driven customer relationships, the company aims to provide built-in, “ready-to-think-with” data structures that make churn risk analysis and relationship health monitoring both easier and far more reliable for agencies worldwide.
